Nutrition can be one of the most powerful tools in an athlete’s toolbelt.
Whether you’re a beginner, an elite or professional athlete, or somewhere in between, a greater understanding of how food is broken down and utilized by the body can unlock higher levels of performance.
I have been helping athletes harness the power in the foods they eat for over five years and have worked with both amateur and professional athletes in a wide range of sports including weight lifting, football, running, cycling, track and field, hockey, and crossfit.
As always, I practice with an all-foods-can-fit philosophy that avoids guilt around eating, labelling foods as “good” or “bad”, and food rules to allow you to overcome food fears and confidently take control of your nutrition.
Through one-on-one sessions, I will break down the complicated world of nutrition and make food one of your greatest allies!
